EasyPro’s second webinar for Estates offices at Irish universities

On 3rd November 2025, EasyPro coordinator Dr Luciano De Tomassi from IERC – International Energy Research Centre delivered our second webinar to Estates offices from Technological University Dublin and Maynooth University.
The webinar was entitled Energy Peformance Contracting & Effective Tendering Procedures for the EPC procurement at Irish Universities. Among the topics explored included the structure of an EPC contract, the role of an EPC facilitator, the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, and more.
